Head Of Care ( Registered Nurse qualified / RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Didcot, Oxford

Salary: £43,000

Hours: 37.5 / Monday -Friday 8:30-17:00 with shift cover and on call when required

As Head of Care ( Registered Nurse qualified / RGN / RMN / RNLD ) you’ll support the Home Manager in managing the Home, with a particular emphasis on clinical leadership, to ensure that an excellent standard of nursing care is set, delivered and maintained at all times. You’ll carry out initial assessments of potential residents, supporting them and their families through the process. You’ll produce individual care plans, administer medication and provide strong care knowledge, leadership, support and guidance to the nursing and care teams.

You will be working with a fantastic, charity organisation where you are truly valued member of the team. You will be given the chance to upskill and progress within your role with the aim of achieving a long-term career with the company.

The home offers compassionate, individualised residential, early-stage dementia and nursing care for up to 68 residents in a welcoming, friendly and cosy environment.
