The role

As our head of training programme, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will work on a unique training opportunity within the Armed Forces.

Day to day, you’ll undertake detailed analysis of training requirements and develop and incorporate clearly articulated solutions. You will Lead on development of the most cost effective means of meeting specified training needs.

Experience required

  • Has broad understanding of synthetics in the delivery of training
  • Ideally an understanding of Defence System Approach to training DSAT
  • An understanding of the process of bidding, or a willingness to learn
  • Demonstrable experience of working within large, complex programmes
  • Has broad understanding of synthetics in the delivery of training
