Food Service
: Daily pre-service audits, Manage team & task allocation, Cover sections when required, Oversee cooking sections, Oversee recipe & portion control, Oversee compliance, Inspect dish quality, Continuous team coaching

Stock Control: Stock ordering, Temperature controls, Rotation & stock monitoring, Stock counts

People: Recipe & dish training, Food compliance training, Kitchen safety compliance training, Manage team FLOW training, Allergen training, Succession & development planning, Kitchen team inductions, Kitchen team mentor

Menu Development: Specials & events planning, Specials & events recipe costing, Sales & dish recommendations, Co-ordinate menu launch

Equipment & Assets: Oversee equipment faults, routine compliance & safety audits, Routine cleaning checks
