Job Overview

Were on the lookout for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our college dining services. This vital role requires an Enhanced DBS clearance and is ideal for a chef who excels in a dynamic, educational setting, providing nutritious and appealing meals to students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals.
  • Develop diverse menus that cater to varied dietary needs and preferences.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of kitchen staff, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and resource planning effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, preferably in an educational or large-scale catering environment.
  • Required Enhanced DBS clearance.
