Head Bar Person - Country Dining Pub & Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Head Bar Person for their award winning country pub and restaurant. The business is all about offering great, all fresh food, and great drinks to their customers in the local area. They are looking for a confident and personable bar person with good all round Bar & Restaurant skills. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis.

The Role
  • Supporting the General Manager
  • Working behind Bar & Serving Drinks
  • Training and developing the Bar team
  • Create Cocktails
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of Bar Areas
The Person
  • Outgoing friendly and professional
  • Good knowledge of food and wine
  • Already working as a bar person
  • Good knowledge of standards
  • Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary to £24000 Plus paid overtime
  • Tips and Service
  • 4 days on, 3 off week - 48 hours
