Job Title: Depth Maintenance Manager

This is your opportunity to make a real impact and join Babcock as a Depth Maintenance Manager. You will control and manage personnel and resources on behalf of BAE Systems Air pertinent to Depth Maintenance activities in support of the Operational Flying requirement for the RAF

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Depth Maintenance Manager with proven post qualification experience within a senior management position within an operational military flying environment

What will you be doing?

As a Depth Maintenance Manager you will be part of the successful Babcock Management Team at RAF Valley. This is a varied and challenging work environment where you will have the opportunity to receive additional training and development. You will manage and co-ordinate the scheduled maintenance the T1 & T2 fleet of aircraft to achieve the contracted servicing turn round times in accordance with industry best practice, BAE Systems procedures, the Maintenance Organisation Exposition and the RAF Regulatory Framework.

The Experience You’ll Bring
  • You must be educated to HND/Degree level or recognised equivalent or have relevant experience supported by formal, recorded workplace applied related training in aircraft systems engineering.
  • You should also have thorough knowledge of airworthiness practices
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
