Search are pleased to be recruiting for Harvest Operatives for our client based in Inverness on an ongoing, temporary basis.

Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Operating site driers to ensure wet barley is dried and stored efficiently
  • Moving dried grain to storage using automated systems
  • Routine sweeping and tidying to ensure site remains free of dust and debris build up
  • Weighing in/out barley vehicles, checking paperwork, liaising with drivers in a manner that reduces contact and risk of Covid-19.


This is a varied position and candidates must be physically fit and be willing to work 12 hour shifts. No experience in this line of work is necessary however we are looking for someone that is a good communicator, adaptable, hard working, computer literate and has excellent time keeping.

Overtime is paid at over 40 hours and is usually available each week.
