Our client is a global facilities management and building services organisation, who has an ever expanding, very successful electrical division. They have successfully been in business since 1985 and grown from strength to strength across the globe. Due to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Hard FM Services Manager based at a static site in Andover.The successful candidate will be required to lead the technical teams in the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance services. This role will require you to manage your supervisors, technicians and clients, ensuring good working relationships are maintained and built upon. The Maintenance Manager must ensure services are delivered in line with legislative and regulatory standards whilst meeting service level agreements. In addition, you will be required to complete a schedule of compliance audits in a timely fashion, taking corrective action as required whilst driving process and supporting the training of all direct reports.You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications: NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical OR Mechanical qualificationCarpentry / Joinery NVQ (desirable)17th / 18th Edition (desirable) City & Guilds 2391 (desirable) Experience of managing maintenance within a retail environmentFull UK Driving LicenceIn return, our client is offering a total package of up to £45K per annum + company car + possible bonus of up to 10% based on company performance + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays) For more information, please contact Chloe on (phone number removed) or apply with your current CV to prompt a call back
