About the position Reporting to the Head of International Sales and Omni Channel, this role is part of the Group Sales Team and European Sales community. You will help drive, land and support our pan-European most growing channel strategies. You will focus on defining and developing our omni-channel strategy now and for the future in close collaboration with the markets. You will chair the cohort connects for each channel to share best practice, insights and drive key projects. The main areas of responsibility include: Discounters Food Service eCommerce – working with our eCommerce Manager Convenience About You We are looking for an individual who is energised by change and wants to be part of a team, developing the future of our growing channels. Effective at working cross-functionally within Group Sales and with multiple stakeholders. You will also demonstrate the following: Previous FMCG experience, preferably in an international branded business High degree of understanding in channels/route to market You’re comfortable with numbers and data, able to analyse/translate it to share the insight and bring it to life to suggest business recommendations Confident communicator at senior level, you’re good at relationship building, steering, and connecting markets Ability to energise and align multiple stakeholders across seniority and markets with a common vision Project Management exposure, you’re used to working in a cross functional/matrix set up What we offer you We’re on an exceptional adventure and can offer a truly purpose led career with flexibility.
