As a Growth Marketing Manager you’ll define, develop and implement B2B integrated marketing campaigns targeting corporate clients or intermediaries to support acquisition, business development and/or retention of AXA Health services, contributing to Sales and Marketing’s strategy, plans and targets. You’ll mix time spent in either our Tunbridge Wells or Bristol office (subject to government guidance) with working from home available for the rest of your week. The Growth Marketing Managerwill not only lead the creation and design of marketing and communications activities for an existing B2B client base, with a focus on upsell and cross selling opportunities but also pilot demand generation marketing communication strategies, both online and offline. Own the development of campaign strategy, and communication initiatives. Use data/insights to track performance and take action when it’s needed, challenge when we have to and balance activity to meet the needs of customers and delivers business goals. Manage annual planning and development of channel / audience communication including, content, materials and events that clearly and effectively position our brand. Work collaboratively (across both our own business and our partners) to develop and manage marketing plans that stretch us. Test, learn and be bold so that our plans meet customer needs and achieve business goals. Develop a deep knowledge of market, competitor and customer needs and how AXA Health products and services can meet these. Use this to inform strategy, plans and activity. Manage channel requirements to ensure effective launch of services, development of audience strategies to strengthen relationships and generate deeper engagement with services.

More about you

We’re looking for someone with marketing expertise, a growth mindset, experience of B2B marketing techniques such as activity based marketing. You’ll take adata driven approach to activities.

Additionally, we’re looking for: • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills • Experience of working with marketing agencies • Broad marketing experience including Content development (events, e-marketing, web, social, webinars, whitepapers and sales collateral) • Budget and supplier management • Organisation and project management skills • Commercial and strategic awareness, experience of corporate business environment • People management experience • B2B experience
