Group Financial Controller | £80,000 - £90,000 | Bonus + Car Allowance + Shares | Leyland | Long Term Opportunity with Succession Planning to CFO | Private Equity Backed Business Axon Moore are delighted to be representing a new client in Lancashire who are looking for a Senior Finance Leader to join them as a Group Financial Controller.As the Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the financial health of their business. You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the executive team to provide accurate financial information and strategic insights to support business decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of a successful company. The candidate will ideally be an ACA with prior experience in a technical role in industry. A previous role within a private equity backed business would also be advantageous but not essential, however knowledge of managing change and leading people in a growing business would be beneficial.
