About the role…

As Group Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for setting the tone and leading our plans for the delivery of great food across a hospitality estate that incorporates multiple brands, menus and styles of service.

Ensuring our offering is on trend, appropriately costed and produced in accordance with the highest hygiene and safety standards, you will strive to drive guest satisfaction and repeat purchase.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the likes of purchasing, HR and operations. A key goal will be to develop a strong reputation for our sites and the wider business, while also supporting wider efforts to recruit, develop and retain a team of exceptional chefs.

Whilst you will be delivering on longer term strategy, you will still need to be hands on. Still happy to wear your whites at sites UK wide, you will work alongside your peers to support the likes of launches or where shorter-term resourcing challenges exist.

About you...

Driving and with a sense of urgency yet still sociable, outgoing and a great communicator, you work well under pressure. You are competitive, goal orientated and ambitious, yet self-aware and able to take others with you on the journey.

You work well with minimal supervision and can exercise creative flair, whilst still ensuring a compliant approach where necessary.

You are passionate about hospitality and creating the very best guest experiences. What’s more, you will want to play a leading role in recruiting, training and supporting our talented pool of chefs. The future here is bright, and you’ll be a big part of that!
