Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or experienced creative designer with a passion for cars, who is driven to create stunning visuals and is excited about contributing to our agency’s unique niche within the classic sports car market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients and the creative team to conceptualise and execute design projects that align with the distinct identity and aesthetics of the classic and modern automotive sector.
• Develop compelling visual assets for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print campaigns, social media content, branding collateral, event promotions, and more.
• Seamlessly integrate classic car parts, heritage, and nostalgia into designs while maintaining a contemporary and innovative approach.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh design concepts that evoke emotion and resonate with the target audience.
• Work collaboratively with writers, photographers, and other team members to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life.
• Attend car shows and other trade events
• Stay current with design trends, culture, and industry developments to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of creative solutions in the automotive sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing previous design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Proven ability to create compelling visual designs for digital and printed marketing.
• Strong typography skills and a keen eye for detail that showcases a sophisticated design sensibility.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving client needs.
• A passion and eagerness to work in the automotive sector.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Ability to commute daily to our offices in Thame in under one hour.

Salary: £21,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
