Position: Graduate/Postgraduate, MCS Compliance AssistantTerm: PermanentHours: Full TimeHourly rate: Up to £24,000 per annumLocation: Royal Wotton BassettStarting as MCS Compliance Assistant you will be trained fully and given responsibilities quickly. You will learn firsthand about the renewable energy industry.Main Duties
  • Call and communicate in a professional manner with new and existing customers
  • Manage projects to completion
  • Remain compliant with the rules of MCS (and others) schemes
  • Assist in the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Collect customer data relevant to projects.
  • Process performance estimates for Solar PV and Heat Pump designs.
  • Submit MCS certificates and Building Control Notifications in line with compliance framework.
  • Compile customer Handover documentation in line with company policy.
Candidate Requirements
  • Recently graduated within the relevant field
  • Well presented, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • To be proactive, organised and proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail and client relationship skills is important.
