Our client is a successful secondary school in Hounslow with great public transport links and excellent track record of developing aspiring teachers and those that wish to forge an SEN related career. They currently are looking for a highly academic, passionate and confident Graduate to join them as a Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistant. This role is to start in September 2021 and interviews will be held as and when they find suitable applicants.

Working under direction and guidance of exceptional teachers and those that form part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils in the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom on a 1:2:1 basis or outside the main teaching area in small groups under the guidance of teaching staff.
