Are you a recent graduate looking for a part-time or full-time role in the education sector starting this academic year?Weekly pay from: £365-£425 dependent on experience.Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a number of successful schools across Durham, Sunderland, and South Shields with vacancies for support staff. Graduates from a range of working and educational backgrounds have previously been successful in these roles.Graduate Skills And Requirements
  • Communicate effectively with students from a range of different backgrounds and learning abilities.
  • Monitor development and progress of students.
  • Confident in managing behaviour and ability to react calmly in challenging situations.
  • Positive role model who is inspirational and proactive.
  • Ability to work on a 1:1 basis with students who require additional classroom support.
This role can provide invaluable experience for those who may wish to work towards their PGCE in the future.
