Job ProfileGraduate Software Engineer required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer of automated production machinery based in the Coalville, Leicestershire area.Due to an expanding product portfolio of robotic machinery they are seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to join the team.Graduate Software Engineer Position Overview
  • Creating installation packages and managing end-users licenses of machinery software
  • Contributing to the maintenance of the software by analysing customer feedback
  • Assisting the development of both algorithms and GUIs software for new projects with an object-oriented emphasis.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new databases across the software
  • Improving the existing graphical user interface (GUI) and developing new front ends
Graduate Software Engineer Position Requirements
  • MATLAB programming is essential
  • C++ programming skills
  • Databases development skills: preferably in but not limited to MySQL, SQLite or Apache
  • Object oriented programming experience is advantageous
  • Experience with CAD/CAM packages is desirable
Graduate Software Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Salary £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
  • Holiday allowance and pension
