Graduate Software Engineer / Developer (Java) Knutsford £55k

Are you a bright ambitious Software Engineer with an academic record of achievement and Java coding skills looking for an opportunity to progress your career?

As a Graduate Software Engineer you’ll gain exposure across the business and then move into the area you’re most suited to. You’ll design and develop new features and enhancements for varying security product areas, working across the full development lifecycle; you’ll be able to input ideas and have your voice heard in a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing.

You’ll join colleagues in amazing offices in Cheshire five days a week with a wide range of facilities and an array of perks including:

Requirements:

  • You are degree educated having achieved a top class (first 1:1) degree in a relevant discipline, Computer Science preferred from a Russell Group university, backed by A’s at A-level
  • You have Java coding skills
  • You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns
  • You’re collaborative, enjoy problem solving and are keen to pick up new skills
