Job Title: Graduate Sales Engineer
Location: Lincoln/Newark
Salary: £20-£25k basic (DOE)/ with £10k OTE
REF: J11193:EM

With customers that include some the largest engineering, food processing, chemical and petrochemical companies in the world, our client’s business continues to grow at an exciting rate. As such they’re now looking for driven graduates to join the team and continue to strengthen their presence in the industry!

Graduate Sales EngineerPackage:
  • A competitive basic salary of £20,000- £25,000 (depending on experience)

Graduate Sales EngineerRole:
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within in order to educate prospects
  • Proactively attract prospects in the relevant target industries, making initial contact and building relationships
  • Engage with and recruit value added resellers for the company products in the relevant engineering sectors
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries, understanding the customers’ pain points and delivering solutions based on the company product set
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide input and support on case studies and social media content
  • Provide intelligence to the business for new focused marketing campaigns based on niche applications and markets
Graduate Sales EngineerRequirements:
  • Educated to degree level in a physical science or engineering subject
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passionate about engineering
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
  • Organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Team player
