Due to expansion McCarthy Recruitment we are looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to support our highly successful recruitment team, based at our head office in Warrington. We are looking for people who enjoy speaking to customers on the phone, who are keen to work in a fast-paced environment, who are extremely organised and have great attention to detail.

We will provide a complete training plan with 1:1 continuous support and in return we are looking for people that have the passion, drive and determination to achieve! THE ROLE
Working at the front end of our business, our Recruitment Consultants are responsible for completing vacancy assignments.

You will be involved in account management, candidate sourcing and selection, providing career advice, salary negotiations and managing candidates through the full recruitment process. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be coached to become a highly skilled professional through our training and development programme.

You will develop your sales skills, commercial acumen and your business credibility.
