Corin is seeking a new Graduate Recruitment Associate / Internal Recruiter / Resourcer / Internal Recruitment Consultant to work at our head office in Cirencester. This is a pivotal role within the Global Recruitment / Talen Acquisition team to ensure we attract the best talent and Corin is seen as an "Employer of Choice". The Global Recruitment team sits within the Global HR function and works collaboratively with all Corin business functions recruiting internally and externally for new and replacement hires. This is a very fast paced and highly interactive role and will suit someone who is comfortable communicating, selling and collaborating at all levels.


Corin is a medical device business with innovative robotically assisted platforms for joint replacement surgery. Corin offers a unique combination of clinically proven hip & knee solutions and world leading technologies, our OMNIBotics & OPS systems utilize intelligent instrumentation to give surgeons the ability to perform patient-specific procedures with high accuracy, with more consistent results and improved recovery rates.

The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Associate are;

Brand Ambassador

  • Ensure all external interfacing with candidates (EG adverts, career articles, career events, onsite interviews) are highly engaging, welcoming and well organised.
  • Post all Corin job opportunities on the applicant tracking system accurately ensuring we "sell the job" to the candidate.
  • Set up effective screening questions to manage the applicant flow.
  • Ensure all the jobs are posted effectively and run through each job posted as if you were a candidate to check that the candidate experience is on point.
  • Work with the Global Recruitment Manager and Marketing in producing regular content for LinkedIn and the Careers page endorsing "Why Corin is a great place to work"
  • Oversee Glassdoor content with the support of the Global Recruitment Manager by posting relevant Corin material onto the site, responding to positive reviews and liaising with HR on any other comments or reviews.
  • Assess other social media channels or job boards for specific roles or countries and Careers @ Corin communication

Recruitment

  • Lead on all apprentice, administrative, operative, and associate roles across the business in collaboration with a Specialist Recruiter (who is the Business Partner for the department’s overall recruitment)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for dedicated roles which includes advertising, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, working closely with the line manager, managing the offer process and rejection of unsuitable candidates.
  • Proactively resource and talent pool suitable candidates via CV databases, LinkedIn etc for all open and up and coming job roles.

Administration

  • Advertise all job opportunities internally through the appropriate channels.
  • Manage the internal applications and referrals, communicating effectively with them.
  • Provide administrative support and any ad hoc requirements to support the Global Recruitment team.
  • Liaise with HR and the Line Manager to onboard the new starter effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage the global organisational charts and ensure they are up to date and circulated effectively within the business.
  • Keep the recruitment spreadsheet updated daily with new jobs, new hires, offers etc.
  • Compile and analyse global monthly recruitment metrics.
  • Manage the global new hire survey process and compile feedback on a quarterly basis.

Requirements:

The ideal Recruitment Associate will have / be.


  • A graduate or equilvalent - Degree educated - EG) Business Studies, International Business, Marketing or Human Resource Management
  • Have a strong desire to pursue a career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR with previous experience within a highly customer focused and administratively led role.
  • Or if you have worked as a Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Recruiter within an agency and you are now looking for a new in house recruitment opportunity.
  • Highly confident communicating with people on the phone, online video and face to face
  • A "can do" and pro-active attitude with the ability to multi-task.
  • An interest in orthopaedics or healthcare and passion to understand how we can improve patient outcomes through our robotic solutions.
