We are looking for a German-speaking Lead Generation Specialist to join our team based in Winnersh, we can offer the successful candidate some level of remote working, but they should expect to come to the office a minimum of two days per week. We are happy to consider applications from Graduates who are seeking a career within Sales & Marketing or experienced Lead Generation Specialist’s.

You will play a vital role in the business by engaging with customers via telephone and email to generate opportunities for our sales team. You will be responsible for lead handling, lead nurturing, telemarketing, supervising our website chatbot and regional campaign deployment. You will join a hardworking, customer-centric and results-oriented marketing team where you will be expected to work hard to ensure we achieve our revenue growth objectives, in an atmosphere of fun and creativity.

In this role, you’ll
  • Actively generate new opportunities for the sales team through inbound lead handling, customer prospecting, outbound cold-calls, website chatbot conversations and email campaigns.
  • Follow established processes to ensure that inbound leads are dealt with timely and accurately, and qualified opportunities are handed over to the appropriate sales person.
  • Rationalise and deploy local German and English-speaking telemarketing and email campaigns.
  • Respond to questions on our website chatbot and engage with web visitors to find opportunities.
  • Promote the benefits of our products and services to customers via telemarketing, and overcome objections, in an enlightening and attractive way.
  • Build strong rapports with customers via telephone to maintain trust in our brand.
  • Prepare and structure calls to understand customer’s scientific needs and offer the appropriate service to ensure acquisition of new business and existing customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to build sales pipelines and deliver quality information.
  • Accurately update and improve standard process documentation.
  • Measure, analyse, and track campaign performance.
  • Report on performance and review plans at regular cross-functional team meetings.
We’re Looking For You To Showcase
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a variety of subjects including biology, biochemistry, life sciences, business or marketing
  • German language is essential for this role
  • Experience with relationship building and communicating with customers via telephone is desirable
  • A friendly, confident and professional phone presence is essential to the success of this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive can-do demeanour and willingness to learn and overcome challenges.
  • Embraces and thrives on a challenge.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of information.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible in approach and creative in finding solutions to problems.
