Graduate Business Development Executive Role:
- Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company’s offering and marketplace
- Liaise closely with and learn from the Sales Manager, in order to drive business growth, through generating and nurturing leads – working to support your manager in closing deals
- Look after existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and that you get the best out of accounts already on the books
- Perform regular prospect and client outreach – over the phone and in-person, supporting the Sales Manager in scheduling meetings and winning deals
- Engage directly with clients, virtually and on a face to face basis, negotiating and closing business as you become more comfortable in the role
Graduate Business Development Executive:
- Educated to degree level
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels of seniority
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Relationship led, when networking you’ll be in your comfort zone
- Able to articulate complex solutions and concepts to prospects and customers
