Training Consultant

Location – London and Surrounding / Wilmslow and surrounding

Our highly skilled team is currently undergoing extensive expansion, with exciting plans for both national and international growth in 2021.

We’re now looking for an experienced Training Consultant who has a real passion for learning and development and the overall professional development of people.

If you’re experienced in both face to face and virtual training, and are interested in joining an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing international business, then this is the opportunity for you!

What you’ll be doing:

As part of the growing Training team, you will:

  • Consult with clients to identify training needs and design relevant training interventions
  • Deliver our clients’ open programme of sales training courses at a range of levels, from graduates through to experienced professionals
  • Design and develop course material to grow and improve our clients’ commercial training offering
  • Develop the internal commercial teams to understand client needs and offer compelling training solutions
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing and future training needs are identified and addressed
  • Evaluate training success and report on tangible learning and financial outcomes

Who you are and the experience you’ll have:

  • A background in B2B sales with a proven track record of success is desirable
  • Background working within IT/Tech/Software/SaaS is desirable
  • Experienced in supporting with sales cadence
  • Experienced in social selling methods
  • Up to date with virtual delivery – both training and coaching
  • Ideally experience working within technology or related vertical market
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and training skills
  • Knowledge and experience of the training cycle and evaluation methods
  • An excellent ability to relate credibly to sales professionals of all backgrounds and levels of experience
  • Engaging and facilitative training style with a focus on practical application.
