Full-time Kidding Assistant required on a Commercial Dairy Goat farm near Bridgwater, Somerset on a temporary contract from 12th July - 22nd August.
Duties will include monitoring kidding (including night checks), feeding kids, teat training and assisting the Herd Manager with the overall management of the herd and youngstock.
Previous experience with kidding or lambing preferred.
Applicants must be self motivated and work to very high standards.
Approximately 45 hours per week.
Good static caravan available on site.
Contract length: 6 weeks
Expected start date: 12/07/2021
