Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Create sales enablement tools (technical reports, in-field sampling reports, sales presentations and economic calculators) for a growing nutrition and gut health portfolio that articulate product mode of action and customer benefits
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to deliver effective marketing communications via trade press articles, white papers and webinars
  • Collect and assess technical information to proactively and reactively counter competitor product claims
  • Work with Sales and Innovation to develop new Technical Services (e.g. apps/online formulation tools)
  • Develop and deliver technical sales trainings to internal and external audiences (in person, by phone and online) for DuPont Animal Nutrition’s (DAN) product portfolio including enzymes and probiotics, for both monogastrics and ruminants
  • Process information from applied research trials involving existing products and applications
  • Maintenance of the key Global Technical Services databases


PROFILE: Self-directed and well-organized individual who works in a highly collaborative style

Core Skills
  • Communicates with impact: effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with good prioritisation
  • Methodical, analytical, systematic approach
  • Fluent English, oral and written – any other language beneficial
  • Able to fully utilise Information Technology (e.g. Microsoft Office) and, after training, statistically analyse research trials
  • Experience of preparing technical marketing documents


Qualifications
  • BSc in animal science or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of the animal feed industry
