Job Title: Global Logistics CoordinatorHow will you make an impact?The Global Logistics Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting Total Transportation Management (TTM) service offering for our Credo reuse programme service. This includes ensuring collection of reusable Credo shippers, proactively contacting Clinical Trial sites for return of Credo shippers, build shipping documents and coordinating collections where applicable, maintaining tracking, metrics and billing reports. You will also provide proactive support in response to calls/emails from our internal Distribution Project Management Group, external clients and Clinical Trial investigator sites globally.What will you do?
  • Support the success of the Credo programme.
  • Receive calls/emails and record issues in our Global Logistics Helpdesk Service Management system.
  • Ensure all calls / emails received are handled through to resolution.
  • Proactively supervise outbound and inbound shipments to ensure on time delivery within our service level agreement.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, conference calls, and operations meetings
  • Advance calls/emails when required as per our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
How will you get there?
  • Successfully completed GCSE or equivalent in relevant subjects.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office particularly Excel.
  • Process analysis skills suitable to collect/analyse data leading to proposed process improvement.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize workload and meet timescales.
  • Readiness to work under pressure and support others within the team.
  • Good interpersonal skills in English both internally and externally as well as verbally and written.
Seen as an advantage when applying:
  • Knowledge and prior work experience from Logistics and Customer Service
  • Knowledge of distribution track and trace
