Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.Do you want to work in a dynamic marketing team?We are currently seeking a Global Category Marketing Senior Manager who will be responsible for developing and driving the delivery of effective marketing programs to ensure that IDBS presents a consistent leadership position that engages the BioPharma Process Development and Manufacturing market segment to deliver commercial success for our Polar and PIMS solutions.What we’ll get you doing:
  • Create compelling awareness and lead generation activities to deliver measurable Marketing-influenced or -originated sales pipeline.
  • Develop messaging and content that differentiates our products in the market and consistently communicates our value proposition throughout the customer journey and across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure programs and tactics are structured, focused and project managed, working with multiple stakeholders within marketing and cross-functionally, to deliver required outcomes and consistency of message aligned with IDBS and Polar positioning.
  • Define targets and review key metrics/KPIs on a regular cadence to track the effectiveness of programs providing necessary inputs to improve performance.
  • Undertake research into industry trends, competitor analysis, customer’ pain points, and solution usage, including interviewing customers and KOLs.
Here is what success in this role looks like:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Marketing or communications
  • Demonstrable experience of successful omni-channel program delivery in life sciences (Pharma/Biotech) B2B Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management experience and analysis and optimization of marketing program performance
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Understanding and passion for digital transformation opportunities and challenges across the BioPharma development and manufacturing value chain
  • Experience of working effectively in a highly matrixed environment and on distributed, global teams, including collaborating with marketing, sales, product management, administration, and managers
  • Ability to refine value propositions and translate into effective marketing copy and collateral that resonates throughout the customer journey
