Position Summary

Due to an upcoming period of modern family leave, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Global Brand Manager within our Highland Park team in Glasgow on a fixed term basis (12-months). The Global Brand Manager – Highland Park (Prestige NPD) is responsible for owning the strategy, planning and delivery of all new product and packaging development for Highland Park’s limited edition prestige releases for domestic markets and Global Travel Retail. This is one of the key strategic priorities identified as part of the brand’s premiumisation strategy.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Plan and deliver the pipeline for future new product and packaging development projects for Highland Park prestige releases for domestic markets and Global Travel Retail.
  • Manage all stages of new product and packaging development process
  • Manage all aspects of the prestige single cask programme
  • Work with the Brand Manager – Highland Park (Core NPD) to produce a monthly NPD project update to be shared with key internal stakeholders and local market teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local market teams on all requests and enquiries relating to prestige range NPD projects and single casks.

Skills And Experience

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced marketing professional with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Ideally you have prior experience working in a consumer marketing environment where specific responsibility for new product and packaging development was a central part of the role. A collaborative style of working and influencing at global, regional, and local level and across business functions are essential and experience of luxury is highly desirable.
