We are looking for a general manager to lead our team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant including banking, cashing up, opening and closing, staff training, hiring, keeping up to date with legal requirements, stock management, booking system, promos, social media, paperwork filing. The candidate must have previous experience in a similar role as he or she will be expected to run all aspects of the business be proactive and able to lead from the front.
Working closely with the owner they must have the ability to create and enforce training modules and help grow the business through marketing
Daily running of the business including hiring staff, stock control, advertising, banking, Rotas and maintenance.

Salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
