We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Fully accountable for daily operational performance for the Ground Handling and Cabin Cleaning operations inclusive of Safety, OTP, Awareness of departmental impacts and KPI targets, drive and achieve customer standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sites operational team in a complex and fast moving operation within aviation.
  • Work closely with the customer and respective airport authorities ensuring delivery of the key KPI / metrics - Working on driving continuous improvement and innovation for both the customer and the airport

  • Proven track record of managing complexoperations including trade unions
  • Industry/sector knowledge of the Airports
  • Experience in logistics management roles
