About The RoleEKFB requires a General Foreman with specific experience of Earthworks Infrastructure projects to Co-ordinate with all subcontractors and ensure they are working in line with agreed RAMS, Point of Work RAs etc.We have opportunities in the Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire areas.We need someone to manage safety on the project including giving inductions and effective toolbox talks, daily task briefings and point of work assessments to Site Operatives. Supervising Site Operatives and site activities is your responsibility. You need to ensure tasks carried out are within their levels of skill and expertise.Daily records of site activities will need to be completed and you’ll need to liaise with the Line Managers to produce information for progress reports for individuals. Monitoring attendance of the Site Operatives will be required. We’ll also need you to implement the requirements of work safety plans, method statements, risk assessments and other works procedures. You’ll need to ensure all Site Staff are wearing correct PPE.About YouKey Skills and Qualifications:
  • It is essential that you have experience working on site
  • Experience working on large infrastructure projects
  • You must have experience managing a team of site based staff
