About Our Client

A a majority employee‐owned provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy‐out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund‐of‐ Funds.

Job Description

• Prepare the bookkeeping for Private Equity structures and investments
• Prepare the posting and reconciliation of cash position for funds
• Prepare and assist with the calculation and posting of accruals and prepayments
• Assist with all aspects of the recording and reconciliation of investment fund positions
• Assist with drafting and preparing responses to audit, investor and client queries.
• Maintain accurate records on AllVue and Excel working papers for funds and related entities
• Receive continued in‐house professional development on accounting standards and industry
• updates

The Successful Applicant

• A 2:1
• Meticulous and have an eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• A keen awareness and interest in the alternative asset classes
• Good time management skills and being able to manage multiple deadlines
• A desire to become a qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) supported by the firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and numeracy skills
