We are looking for an experienced operator to join our team near Dorchester.

Located in beautiful West Dorset we are a family mixed farm with a dairy, beef, sheep and arable enterprise. The home farm amounts to 450acres and a further 290acres are rented. Most operations are carried out in house.

We have a young team who are the core of our business success and progression. We are committed and passionate about developing our employees helping them to grow whilst growing our business – all roles involve working directly with the owners.

Duties will depend on experience but could involve mowing, baling, fertilising, ploughing, cultivating, drilling, slurry spreading etc. R series John Deere with the role. Workshop and welding experience would be an advantage as most maintenance and repairs carried out in house but not essential. Also, will be required to work with dairy and beef cattle and be prepared to be involved with some groundwork, concreting etc.
