The Job- Stockroom Support AgentThe role works within a fast paced and challenging environment that has the claimant at the very heart of everything.Stockroom Support are responsible for supporting both internal stakeholders as well as our supply chain in several key areas. The employee support agent will be responsible for working over several tasks, including but not limited to, supporting IAS and SCP estates with stock, helping with, coordinating deliveries, packing these up and sending them out as well as opening and organising packages sent into us. Maintaining & organising the stockroom, helping with weekly stock checks. Keeping check and arranging old equipment to be disposed of correctly.The role requires flexibility, attention to detail and a methodical approach to task completion.Tasks Include

• Liaising with couriers and suppliers to ensure a smooth distribution process of orders placed.
• To conduct a weekly, stocktake so new purchase orders can be raised subsequently for the upkeep of a fully functional stockroom.
• Stock room duties which entail the occasional lifting of boxes however equipment is provided, correct storage and organising.
• Basic filing and coordination of TNT consignment notes.
• Supporting other departments with calls and administrative tasks as the needs of the business dictate..
• Arranging and co-ordinating the returns and recycling of old equipment
