SWL Security services are looking for an additional full time Business Warden to join the team to support a multitude of retail sites in the Kent area on a 40hrs a week contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an SIA Approved Contractor in a unique, specialist role genuinely bridging the gap between businesses and the Police. Your role will include visiting businesses within the Kent county area investigating and reporting low level volume crime on their behalf.

The ideal candidate will be flexible as the role requires you to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends. Role specific training is provided by SWL security services, this includes law familiarization classes, Control + Restraint and mechanical restraints training.

This role is suitable for objective driven and results orientated people that are looking for full time employment with real career expansion and progression prospects.

Job Type: PAYE 40hrs per week + ARK call out payments.

Salary: £10.00 /hour

Licence types required for role:

  • Full UK driving license
  • SIA Licence Security Guarding
  • SIA Licence Door Supervisor
  • SIA Licence Close Protection

Other Requirement’s:

  • Five Year checkable employment / education history for vetting purposes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in working in the retail environment is preferred.
  • Previous law enforcement experience is advantageous.
