We are recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor to join our restaurant team at Otter Garden Centre, Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing independent garden centre group.

The position will be a supervisory role supporting the Front of House Manager.

Requirements

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Front of House Manager to direct the team and supervising in her absence
  • Ordering supplies & consumables
  • Working all areas of front of house with the team
  • Driving excellent customer service
  • Stock management

About you:

  • Previous Supervisory experience would be an advantage
  • Hospitality experience
  • Work well within a team
  • Happy working at a fast pace at times
  • Understanding of COSSH & Hygiene standards
  • Excellent customer service skills

Hours

This role is a full time, permanent role to work Sunday through to Thursday, 39 hours per week.
