The Ranch Steakhouse & Grill is a fun, wild-west American steakhouse in the heart of Louth, Lincolnshire.

We are looking to recruit a new bubbly, reliable and hard-working team member to join us at Louth’s most popular restaurant.

The Ranch is a growing business so the position has room to grow!

We have a great team here and are looking to add another strong member! Someone who can help us take our restaurant to the next level, is confident in their ability and has a love for the trade (and rock ’n roll music!).

You must be bubbly and confident speaking to our customers!

The position can grow over time andyou must be able to work weekends.*

*You will also be required to work busy dates in December, bank holidays, etc.

Our current position is two/three nights a week, ranging from 12-18 hours but more hours can be discussed. Additional cover also available. A full time position is also available.

Shift starts depend on the day we are open but will be either 3.30pm or 4.30pm. You will be required to work until close. Due to the nature of the business, you must be prepared to work weekends, bank holidays and more hours over Christmas/New Years.

Duties and requirements include:

• Looking after tables in a section of the restaurant with multiple tables, taking their order, checking on them, running food, clearing of tables and ensuring they receive the true Ranch experience.
• Working as a team during busy periods to ensure the entire restaurant is happy with the level of service.
• Occasionally helping the bar team so bar experience is good.
• A good level of personal hygiene and awareness of Food Safety (Training can be provided down the line.)
