How you will make an impact as a Front of House Security Officer:

• Meet, greet and assist visitors/staff/contractors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Patrolling
• Assist in emergency situation i.e. fire evacuation and conduct staff searches where required.
• Maintain an alert and vigilant approach at all times, to ascertain any potential threats or changes within the work environment and take the appropriate steps in order to reduce disruption, loss or damage.
• Maintain accurate log/record of all visitors, staff, contractors, keys, activities, couriers and incidents.
• The role of Front of House Security ensures the safety and security of customers, employees, premises and property whilst maintaining and adding to the overall experience of the customer.
• Demonstrates the Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

Required Skills

What you will bring as a Front of House Security Officer:

• Right to Work in the UK
• SIA Licence
• A five-year checkable employment history
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication in the English language
• Pro-active approach, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Computer literate
• Experience in Front of House/Reception duties (ideally in the Security/Protection Industry)
• Smart and presentable in appearance
