We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at LBG Harbourside.

About the role:
We are very excited about our catering concept at Lloyds Banking Group Harbourside, Bristol. The new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole office building.
Our amazing food offer consists of a Pizza station, Rotisserie station, daily “Pop Up” hot counter, Barista Coffee Pods, Premium Grab & Go range, and a Chef’s table!
As our Barista/ Food Service Assistant you will be at the heart of operations, running a busy workplace café, providing great food and coffee for all our customers, and supporting with all catering for hospitality functions. You will be working in a team full of fantastic people. It doesn’t matter if you have not worked as a Barista/ Food Service Assistant before, what matters the most is that you have a passion for great customer service and take pride in everything that you do. We are looking for someone who is a team player, shows initiative and has a willingness to learn.

Location: LBG Harbourside Bristol city centre

Rate of pay: £11.25

Working pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (No Weekends!)

Key responsibilities:
  • Serving barista coffee to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Preparation of food to the highest standard
  • Replenishing all baked goods & retail products
  • Supporting with hospitality functions
  • Maintain a professional and friendly image.
  • To understand and comply with Company and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP
  • Take pride in what you do and have fun doing it!
