Garolla has quickly become the largest Roller Shutter Garage Door manufacturer in the United Kingdom. Our ambitious growth plans have resulted in the need for an office administrator to assist the efficient operation of the Franchising Department.

Key Duties:

  • Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date and fully populated.
  • Managing diary for the franchising team.
  • Creation and filing of contracts.
  • Management of franchisee onboarding process.
  • Ordering of supplies.
  • Liaising with marketing team to ensure management of social media and advertising.
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Adaptable IT skills
  • Experience with CRM or similar systems
  • Willingness to deal with suppliers and customers to resolve problems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • A methodical approach to work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
