Monday - Friday - Day Shift

SolviT Recruitment is on the hunt for 3 experienced Electro - Mechanical Assembly Technicians who can build and wire up large control systems for a major client in Lutterworth.

This is a fast paced, interesting job where you will need to build large scale metal frames, boxes for PSU & cooling systems, wiring harnesses, conduits and apply IDENTs to the cables.

It’s not just point 2-point wiring but proper wiring including some crimping.
  • STRONG BIAS TOWARDS MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY AND WIRING IS ESSENTIAL - WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR PCB ASSEMBLY OPERATIVES**
The product is very clean, the factory is modern and it’s less about speed but more about building quality products.

What skills are needed to be considered?
  • At least 3 years’ experience doing electro - mechanical assembly.
  • Great eye for detail.
  • Confident with wiring up units and applying crimps.
  • A person with a solid CV showing commitment to an employer.
  • Strong work ethic and a person who takes pride in doing a job well.
