Full-Time Permanent Job (39.75 hours p/week)

0800 - 1630 Monday - Friday (Some Flexibility Available)

£25K - £27K DOE

SolviT Recruitment is on the hunt for an experienced Production Supervisorwho has a strong Mechanical Assembly background to start a full time, permanent role at a busy manufacturing company in Lutterworth.

This is a hand’s on, shop floor-based role where you supervise a team of 18 assembly technicians, distribute working accordingly, manage and motivate the team, deal with inductions, and sit in production meetings.

It’s important to stress that this is NOT an office-based role so you will be expected to perform some electro-mechanical assembly work when needed along with some inspection duties.

What experience are we looking for?

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a production supervisor, a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly (it’s more mechanical than electronic). You also need to be confident dealing with teams and able to prioritise.

Please Note: Having a strong mechanical background is essential, we are NOT looking for purely PCB or electronics assembly.
