At Chi Winder, Coastline’s Homeless Service facility in Pool, we support some of the most vulnerable people in Cornwall and transform lives by providing everything they need on one site, including overnight crisis accommodation, a doctors’ surgery, and a community hub with space for partner organisations.

As a key worker at the Homeless Service, you’ll be flexible and proactive in managing a caseload of individuals experiencing homelessness and/or complex needs; providing individualised, strengths-based support within the Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma Informed Care frameworks.

Two 30-hour and one 21-hour positions are available; shifts are arranged on a rota basis and includes evenings and weekends.

These roles pay circa £20,500 per annum, pro-rated (£10.65 per hour).

A full driving licence and enhanced DBS check are required for these positions.
