Responsibilities

*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.

  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inspiring classroom environment.
  • Uphold the school’s Catholic values in all teaching practices and behaviours
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress and well-being.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • A commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
  • Experience in teaching at the primary level, demonstrating a track record of effective teaching and classroom management.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent organizational and communicative skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire pupils and foster relationships built on mutual respect.
  • A proactive approach to continuing professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
