We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A Manager with the production of financial insights and projections, providing reliable data and analysis that supports decision making and financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide FP&A finance support to the FP&A Manager regarding productivity, demand planning, reporting, and financial metrics.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, variance analyses, long-term planning, risk/opportunity assessments, and reporting.
  • Support on commercial projects and initiatives that impact the commercial strategy.
  • Identify and investigate variances regarding forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses.
  • Conduct necessary account and system reconciliations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a finance role providing insight and analysis to the business.
  • Good knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • In-depth knowledge of FP&A reporting, with experience building and evolving reporting suites that support business decision making.
  • Extensive experience of finance systems reporting functionality, forecasting tools and use of Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and provide valuable insights.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), corporate finance
