We’re looking for Food Prep Assistants to join a great team. You’ll be supporting the cooking staff, ensuring the kitchen surfaces are clean for food preparation. Full training provided!

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Keeping kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitised, this includes counters, sinks, walls etc.
  • Cleaning up spills immediately
  • Washing cutlery, cookware, utensils etc as fast as possible to keep them in rotation whilst also ensuring they are completely clean
  • Keeping the food and supply storage areas organised.
  • Ensuring the food has been washed & is sat within a clean environment, ready for preparation.
The Skills You Need
  • Quick learner with a love for kitchen work/how it works
  • Able to follow all health & safety regulations
  • Great organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently in a busy environment
  • Patience working within a busy environment
