We are seeking to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage operations Manager for our hugely successful Aspers Newcastle site. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring consistency and excellence in terms of all standards within the Food & Beverage Department – Bars; Restaurant; Kitchen and table service in a high volume, fast paced environment. Most importantly the successful candidate will lead and motivate all team members to deliver an engaging customer experience. Responsibilities will include:

  • Vigilant and visible operational leadership and management
  • A relentless focus on exceptional customer service standards
  • The successful execution of operational initiatives
  • The management of an efficient and effective team
  • Driving sales
  • Developing revenue opportunities
  • Compliance to legislative and license conditions
  • Maintenance and delivery of stock control

Selection Criteria (Desirable)

  • A minimum of 2 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a fast paced; high volume service environment
  • CIEH Level 2 in Food Safety
  • BIIAB license holder
  • Commercially astute
  • Micros experience
