We are seeking a self-driven and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Food & Beverage Host in our established Newcastle Casino. You will be accountable for optimising customer experience through service.

  • A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and recognition
  • Sustaining the effectiveness of the Casino Hospitality function
  • Contributing to the department operating efficiently and in accordance with licensing regulations

Selection Criteria (Desirable)

  • A minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience in a hospitality role
  • A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and recognition
