We currently have a great opportunity within Numark for a Flu Services Project Developer.

Reporting into the Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the flu service and agreed projects across the Numark and Rowlands estate, to maximise revenue through providing patient services. The role includes the development of materials, service toolkits, and training to support members implement the services effectively, and maintaining an up to date analysis of service provision on agreed projects. The job holder will also work closely with the Phoenix Pharmaco colleagues to develop service opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the pharmacy contract, previous experience in developing patient services and strong project planning skills. Having strong influencer skills to ensure targets and goals are met and being confident to receive feedback from Pharmacists and Pharmacy Teams to help shape service development are also desirable
